Pascoe Central

I am Matthew Pascoe, a recent graduate of DeVry University that majored in "Computer Information Systems" with a focus on "Game and Simulation Programming." Currently, I am working as a temporary Associate Programmer/Analyst for an IT/Security consulting firm called VONOA, Inc.

I hope to take the skills I gained from my degree and apply them to a career in programming. I would like to start as a software engineer, but eventually transition into being a lead programmer on a project.

While I worked on my education I also took the opportunity to become A+ Certified, Network+ Certified, and CRLA Tutor Levels 1 and 2 certified.

In addition to schooling, I also try to keep active in the software and gaming communities. I was the Vice President of the Game Development Society for four semesters; I was Publicity Officer, Vice President, and have been President of Epsilon Delta Pi for one semester and will be beginning my second term as President in July; I am a student member of the International Game Development Association; and I am a student member of the Illinios IT Association. In addition, I have been on the Dean's list for eleven terms between two different schools, awarded membership into the National Honors Society, and I was awarded the Illinois IT Association's "50 for the Future" in 2008.

Please feel free to look at my site. I have my resume and a number of projects available for you to look at.
